Questions

Clear answers

Why choose Annual Cover?

For £95 more than One Meeting, Annual Cover includes one board or committee meeting, your Board File and a named standby clerk who reads your minutes each term. Add up to two further board or committee meetings at £400 each per academic year. Panels are booked separately.

What if our standby clerk cannot attend?

We will discuss an alternative clerk with you and confirm their relevant experience before work begins. Cover is subject to availability; your booking is confirmed separately.

Can you cover an urgent meeting?

Yes. Reserve the date for £350 and we name your clerk within 24 hours and call you the same day. If we cannot name someone inside 24 hours, the reservation is refunded in full, automatically, with no claim to make. For a date in the next few days, call 020 8191 4012 rather than emailing.

How do schools pay?

Card or bank payment through our secure checkout, or an invoice against your purchase order. Supplier information can be sent before booking so finance can set us up. No charge arises for the work until you have approved the draft minutes.

Can you clerk exclusions and other panels?

Yes. One Meeting covers a full board, committee or panel, including exclusion reviews, complaints panels and employment hearings. Tell us what you need so we can confirm the right clerk and agree the scope.

What happens if the meeting changes?

Contact us as soon as you know. We will discuss the revised date and scope with you. Any change or cancellation will be handled under the terms agreed for your booking.
