About BoardMet

Governance is not paperwork. It is how a school is held to account.

We exist because too many boards are served by a different clerk each term, minutes that arrive weeks late, and statutory duties nobody is watching. We thought a school deserved better than that.

What we believe

One school deserves one professional who knows it.

A board governs best when the person supporting it is the same person, meeting after meeting. They remember what was decided in the autumn, why a policy was deferred, and which duty is due next.

That continuity is rare in school governance. We built BoardMet to make it ordinary: one named professional, accountable for your meetings, your compliance and your panels across the whole year.

And we are not an artificial-intelligence company. We built a single tool, grounded in the law we know best, and give it to the sector without charge. The judgement stays human.

How we work

A firm, not a freelancer.

You are appointed one professional. Behind them sits the whole practice, so the service never depends on a single diary.

One named lead

The same governance professional runs your meetings and knows your school, term after term.

Cover, built in

If they are away, a colleague who already has your papers steps in. No meeting is lost to absence.

One agreement

A single annual SLA covers your meetings, the support around them, and the panels you hope never arise.

Standards we hold

Held to the same standards we hold your board to.

Vetted, insured and aligned to the frameworks that govern the sector, so the assurance we offer your school is one we can stand behind.
